Smackdown Results-09/27/08
September 27, 2008Smackdown kicked off with tagteam competition featuring The Game and Jeff Hardy vs. MVP and The Brian Kendrick. The bout was fast pace and exciting but in the end it was HHH and Hardy reigning supreme. Another interesting match up THe Great Khali vs Kozlov. The match took off strongly with Khali man handling Kozlov until the action moved outside the ring. This is when HHH entered the scene to seek retribution on Kozlov. The numbers game was against H as Khali reentered the ring and The Game soon found himself in a bad place. Luckily Jeff Hardy came to the rescue, but it was HHH’s true alli (hammer) hidden under the ring that got things back in order for the duo.
Lastly, The Undertaker finally got the general managers soul as he put it after tricking The Show into going backstage as Smackdown closed UT delivered a powerful tombstone power-driver to Vickie. May she rest in peace!
